Graduation in Pedagogy from the Institute of Education of Minas Gerais (1987), Master's degree in Education from the Federal University of Uberlândia (2004) and Doctorate in Education from the Faculty of Education / Federal University of Minas Gerais (2012). Lecturer at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of the North of Minas Gerais - Campus Januária, acting mainly on the following themes: Teachers' Training, Professional and Technological Education, Indigenous Education, Interculturality, Sociology of Education and Rural Sociology.
